About Atlander Group
Atlander Group is the advisory practice of Atlander Unipessoal LDA, a company registered in Cascais, Portugal. We work with consumer brands, distributors and founders across Europe and Central Asia.
The practice is built on two decades of operating rather than advising: multi-country distribution and retail across Western Europe and the CIS, over a hundred points of sale, full P&L ownership, e-commerce and marketplace channels built from zero, and earlier a large-format retail network scaled with teams of around three thousand people.
Our AI practice grew out of the same operating discipline: we design and run agentic workflows in production, and scale delivery with engineering and data specialists from our partner network as the scope requires.
